Zen Air Designs was built on a mix of experience, family roots, and real-life perspective. After spending over a year working with industry-standard HVAC design software and supporting our family’s HVAC business, we developed a real appreciation for how proper system design can make a home safer, more efficient, and more comfortable.
That appreciation turned personal when our founder lost his home to a fire—an experience that brought a deeper understanding of how important proper ventilation and HVAC planning really is during a rebuild. It’s that attention to detail and care that we now bring to every report we create.
As a small, dedicated team, we specialize in Manual J, S, and D reports, as well as REScheck documentation for contractors, builders, and homeowners. Our goal is to deliver clear, accurate, and code-compliant designs that help your projects run smoothly—without delays or guesswork.
